I've been working as a Psychologist and as a teacher of Psychology since 2002. I collected my professional experiences from 17 different countries - such as New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, USA, Germany and Egypt. I am interested in how human beings can realize the best version of themselves.

I support my clients with an eclectict approach. Both in one to one sessions and in group settings I create an emotionally safe environment where everybody can better experience, explore and express themselves.

FOR WHOM: This course is for people who moved abroad or back home and want to better cope with the mental health challenges it may bring to them. It helps them relax, focus, set and reach their goals in a more effective way. It is for people above 16 years of age and whose English language skills are at around the intermediate level.

WHAT: Autogenic Training (AT) is a structured framework developed by Johannes H. Schultz about a hundred years ago. Participants can go through a 10-step process that includes a weekly 60-minute session with an instructor for 10 weeks and specific exercises they can practice daily.

WHY: There are many reasons why expats can learn AT. By the end of the 10-week course, they'll be able to relax their body and mind with the help of a 7-minute relaxation exercise. The relaxation response they can develop becomes a life skill they can use in any situations where they need more balance and presence.

WHERE: Both the one to one and group sessions happen online, via Zoom. Participants receive the hyperlink to join the session via email before the event. Materials (presentations, resources, mp3 audio tracks) are available via the Online Room. Password for the room is given during session one.

HOW: 1-There is an online, first (free) orientation session that clarifies all the indicating and contraindicating factors related to AT that need to be considered before learning it. It is a 30-minute, confidential and one to one conversation. 2-If there are no contraindicating factors (e.g. heart condotions or specific mental health issues) in your case, you can participate in the group sessions. 3-You can practice the exercises 2 times a day and mark your experiences in your personal journal. 4-Every group session takes you one step further and gives you the homework to practive for the following week - all the way to session 10. 5-During the group sessions both the theoretical, scientific explanations and the practical suggestions are given to the participants and all the questions are answered to help their progression in AT. NOTE: this course hepls you to practive AT yourself. It will not give you the competencies to teach it to others.

WHEN: The next group session starts on 21 February 2024 at 19.00.

PRICE: HUF 39.000 / GBP 89 / USD 112 / person.

Finally, if we both decide AT is for you, you can pay the course fee and attend the 10 sessions, get access to the materials and upon completion, you will receive a certification of completion.

2-Psychological Counselling

FOR WHOM: Counselling is for any healthy person who wants to better cope with a life event, change or situation life created.

WHAT: Topics can be related to an internal conflict or dilemma, interpersonal relationships or a difficult life situation (e.g. unemployement).

WHY: The goal of counselling is to develop a clear picture the client can use to better understand himself, others and the situation. Based on this, more options can be identified along with the resources he can utilize.

WHERE: Online (via Zoom).

HOW: 1-There is always a free orientation discusson. 2-If we both decide we can work together, we will develope a plan of actions that we will follow. 3-We call this plan as a "contract" that is created in mutual agreement and we have conversations by using "open communication". 4-Sometimes one session is enough, there can be situations where the counsellor and the client meet for 1-2 years but most of the time it is somewhere in between. 5-If we consider the job done, we can say good-bye to each other and if needed, later we can continue or have another piece of work.
